calabi_yau are the straps adjustable on this? what's the bust and under bust measurements for this? thanks!

erincampbell87 @calabi_yau the straps aren’t adjustable 😕 at its longest its 16” across and at its shortest it’s about 15.5”. It’s 5” long. The back has some smocking so it will stretch a bit. I’m a 34C and it basically fit me like a bra.
