@lstacyc fabric is velvet but im not sure about hip measurement. I will try to check when Im free from work.

@jen_munoz0615 thank you!! I appreciate it! I looked on their website at the size chart and it says size 8 is 34 in hip I think…but wanted to confirm. I have clothes by disturbs in a small and the hip is larger. Thanks!

@lstacyc hi! I measured and its 16.5 inch flat across. Im a 32inch hip and it fit me loose around the hip area so i feel like it could stretch to a 34inch hip or a bit more
