Made famous by burlesque pin-up Dita Von Tease, meant to be worn unbuttoned as pictured, but can also be worn closed, for a more modest look. It's giving retro secretary vibes! size 12 in the Australian brand. It's stretchy, but this is best for a size medium us. I wore this when my waist was 28" and bust was 34DD.
