Ditsy Floral Print Shirred Bodice Summer Dress

Lightweight summer/wedding dress with a shirred bodice and flowy sleeves. Bought at a local boutique and only worn one time. Can be worn off the shoulder or higher up on the arms. Measurements in photos- the shirring gives a lot of stretch, and the smallest part sits just above the natural waist. For reference, I wear size 8-10 in most dresses.
