Divided H&M Bodycon Dress Sz 4

Slim fit Bodycon dress Sz 4 H&M seems to change their sizes! This is a size 4 but fits like a 2 in my opinion. Please refer to measurements before buying. P2P: 14.5in Waist: 12in Length: 30in Sleeves: 23in Almost NWOT bc I tried it on and seems rather tight on me. My lost is your gain!
