Adorable tiered taupe mini skirt by Divided for H&M. Satiny elastic waistband. Multiple layers of sheer flouncy polyester. Fully lined. Size 4. Measurements taken flat, approximate: Waist unstretched 12" Stretches comfortably to 14.5" Length 12" New with tags. Has a tiny thread pull on waistband (see photo 6) that was present at purchase.
