Divided Vintage Rose Highwaisted Floral Mini Skirt - Pink, Black, Red, & Gray

I thrifted this skirt over 10 years ago and have only had the style sense to wear it once! it's a shame. cleaning out my closet and it's time for someone to let her shine again! this is absolutely adorable and in great shape. I would say fits a small best. see pics for measurements. the material is thicker and not see-through. tag has been cut at some point. no stains or tears. there might have been a slight stitch added by the zipper from someone else??
