A cute plaid mini dress with cap sleeves and rally stripes from H&M. This dress is reeeeally cute, just a little too short for me. I’d recommend this dress if you were at least 5’5” or shorter (even then keep in mind, very short!). It’s easy to dress up and in great condition (no wear or tear).
