Divided dress with lace sleeves, size 6

This is one of my favorite dresses and hate that I have to part with it! Dress is from H&M. The size is 6, but fits like a 2/4. I currently wear a size 6 and when I tried this on again recently the arms were a little tight and the band sat too high. Please let me send this dress to a good home!
