Divided fit and flare flowery dress

Super cute Divided fit and flare flowery dress. Bought this little dress at a boutique and LOVED it. It's labeled a size 4 but I think it could fit up to a 6 and possibly even an 8. There is a lot of stretch to it. I'm a 34 C with a 29 inch waist and it is very comfortable on me. The fit is so flattering! I am honestly letting this beautiful dress go because it is so windy where I live now in ND and I'm tired of having to worry about giving people "the show" every time the breeze picks up.
