Dizzy Lissy beaded collar sleeveless blouse

Gently used. This is a sheer black fabric, as shown in the second picture. The collar is beautifully beaded. Maybe one or two pearl beads have come off, but it isn't obvious. Ends in a straight hem. Looks great tucked into a skirt or over some slacks. I've kept it in my closet trying to motivate myself to lose weight but I've made no progress. It should go to someone who can show it some love.
