I purchased her pandora item on the 26th of last month she said she would have a shipping number for me the next day. Well needless to say after many messages asking her to please send the item she blatantly ignored me. I even gave her 6 days before I messaged her the first time. She seems to be new to posh and only has two listings but she could add more and I don't want anyone to go through what I did. Please share. Thank you.

Hate that you had a bad experience! Life happens and it can be difficult to get to the post office or get on the app, but if I see that something has sold I immediately let the buyer know when I will ship it & either put it in my mailbox or take it to the post office ASAP! 👈🏻I want the customer to spread good things about me & to shop my closet again & I for sure want to get paid!! Very thankful that so far the items I have bought were delivered quickly.

I only had one item that was delivered incorrectly. The lady actually thought she would get away with sending me the wrong item (not just slightly different)... I mean I ordered a pair of colorful palazzo pants with yellow, green, and black in them... she sent me a handmade pair that were wayyyy smaller & were red, pink, orange, & white?!

Posh did an investigation & I did receive my $ back. I gave that lady the benefit of the doubt & thought maybe she did it by mistake 😆 -not likely-. Then a few days later found the same pair I originally ordered on Amazon for way 1/2 of what she asked for! Hopefully you will have better luck the next time you buy!

I agree I have never had such a bad experience on here. My ship Tim is 1.3 days I believe and a 4.9 rating and that's only because on my first sell the lady was weird. She didn't even say what was wrong. But I am like you. I want my buyers to be happy and come back to shop.

@h_robinson forgot to tag you. But ''tis lady I gave her from the 26th till two days ago hoping she would do the right thing and alas she didn't. And I sent many messages contacted posh support and still nothing. 😢

@h_robinson Oh and as far as going to the post office she can sign up for usps which is free and schedule a pick up I even told her that.

@treasurehrluv thanks doll. I do my absolute best to get my products shipped in one day. This lady just completely ignored everything after I purchased. I never received product and did get my money back. I just expect a fellow posher to keep to the same or close to the same level of customer service that I do. I mean maybe not one day shipping but a week is more than excessive.
