or my favorite - accept a negotiated price then don't make payment. I feel ya.

I disagree. Even a low-ball offer is potential customer engagement. Instead of being angry, assume they’re an interested buyer and counter with your best deal. If you don’t want to lower your price, counter with your asking price. Then the buyer knows you’re not willing to negotiate and then they can decide if they’re willing to pay your price. But if you’re declining or not engaging with low-ball offers, you’re leaving money on the table.

I have politely asked a seller to send an offer for the lowest they will accept as to be respectful and understand what they will take so I do NOT come across rude. I think that is acceptable :)

@welldressedmess everyone have diff feeling or opinions for every situation. Some seller think is fine to ask and some think is rude to ask. If your seller think is fine then is fine.
But for me, I just get extremely annoyed and tired of ppl sending a 1/2 price offer for high end brand items. Just like you wouldn’t want ppl to send a 1/2 price offer for your high end items too.

@welldressedmess Example: chanel sling back $875+ 9%NY sale tax = $954. If ‘potential buyer’ send $450(1/2% offer). That mean the buyer think the sling back is cost $350(sale tax almost $100). Please tell me where in the world could find a new chanel sling back for $350. $350 can’t even buy used or knock off. Those ‘potential buyer’ get piss off for not giving them counter offer. If you are in my position, what will you do?
Bottom line is I don’t play 1/2 price offer game.

@sallytsu I wasn’t talking about when people send offers for half price, that is in fact rude.
I simply meant and said that I, personally don’t mind when people ask what my lowest price is as it shows respect and I do the same for others. That’s all:)
