Doe & Rae Cream Blouse with Black velvet ribbon

Beautiful Shirt I purchased from Modcloth. Never wore it, New with tags. Cream colored, with lace detailing. Does have a thread which I pictured, but it isn't a pulled thread or anything, it was excess from the seam work. Size L.
