Doe & Rae/ModCloth lightweight top with tulle bottom

Never worn Doe & Rae sweater. Heather red with high neck, button details on sleeves. The sweater price is a cropped cut with some sweet tulle flouncing around below. This is very light/not a warm sweater. I would say it runs small (hence why it was never worn ☺️)
