Doe a Dear brand sparkly pouf chiffon skirt tutu with Pom-Poms 5T

Well-made Doe a Dear tutu skirt with gold specks all over and little floating pom poms in the chiffon layers. Great for party, dance, circus or fairy halloween themes. Silvery elasticized waistband measures approx. 9” across, unstretched. Length from waistband to hem is about 10”. Innermost lining is cotton, middle layer is taffeta? and the outer is chiffon (or tulle), making for a very poufy cute look.
