Crafted from lightweight GOTS-certified organic cotton voile, the ‘30s-inspired Adara Dress features a high neck that closes at the back with three delicate buttons and subtly puffed Gigot sleeves that taper at the forearm and wrist. A fitted bodice gives way to a bias-cut skirt that grazes the ankles, while subtle sheerness lends intrigue. The asymmetrical hem of the Adara—slightly longer in front than in back—reflects an authentic tailoring style of the era.

I waiver at Doen. I tend to wear am XS with them, but sometimes a small.

@mlocket For Doen dresses, I wear S for most tight fitting styles but sizedown for loose fitting ones. I think this style should fit without stretching at the bust. Waist is meant to be a bit loose as the cotton voile fabric drapes nicely - just my opinion.

@harepilot55 That's like me for sure.XS in most dresses except the tighter fitting ones. I'm a 32" bust and a 27" waist, so I think it will fit, but sometimes the underarm sleeve area can be odd. I got one of the Doen styles similar to this in a small and ended up needing the XS. I was a tad too loose in the chest and shoulder area. Can I ask what size you are? Thanks for your help:) I love the print on this one so much.

PS Does it have a seam under the bust, or no? I have the the Sage in both an XS and a S, but different colors and I love both, and it has a seam a little below the bust area, but i can't tell on this one.

@mlocket sure, my bra size is 32B. Waist is 28” jeans size 26. Not sure what you mean by the underarm seam that bothered you with the other style but I’ll add a photo to show the underarm structure soon.

I love the sheerness of the cotton material. Really pretty! I guess what I mean by the underarm puff sleeve, is does it fit well? The dress I got in small, because I am small up top, was slightly ill fitting in the upper sleeve, it wasn't as fitted as it should have been. Nt sure that makes sense. LOL Sorry for the confusion:)
