adela_zhang Hi, I did not indicate that this dress was flawless at any point, either here or in our chat. If you would like to raise the issue with Poshmark, please feel free to do so. I did indicate that the other dress you bundled was NWT but this one is described as lightly worn in the description. I am not aware of there being any rips in the dress, but I'm sorry that's how the dress arrived. I was also very patient and tried to help you throughout your shipping ordeal. Wishing you the best.
