@daniboichel it's cut on the bias, so difficult to get exact measurements. I measured 18 in at the waist and 20 in at the bust when pulling the fabric taught. there's additional room at the bust with the pleating.
I have a 31 in waist and 38-39 in bust, and this fits beautifully even though there is some extra room.
