Doen Dress Blue Picnic Plaid XS

Such a pretty cotton dress great for spring and summer coming up. Has liner from waist to about the knee area. Bodice/waist 11" unstretched, up to 15" stretched. Liner at hip 21" across. It's in perfect shape just didn't work for me. Length from neckline to bottom is 36". There is no size/material tag as I think it's a sample. Has one less tier than the Lowell in Doen's photos.
