The interior tags have been removed from the dress, however the material feels like cotton and I typically buy an XS so I have marked it as such. From 2018. Smocked fabric is very stretchy. Gently worn. Not lined. As seen on Kate Bosworth. Approximate measurements taken laid flat: bodice 11" across, total length 35.5", strap length 27.5".
