I have an unusual body, broad upper back and muscles, large strong arms, tiny breasts and hips, large waist! So I often need 28-31 jeans and a M top, but then the hips and bust are huge. The waist on this is great and easy loose on me, but the rest is too much! I think if the measurements are close for you that's the best guide.
