Hi! I’ve only seen this shirt in letter sizes. Is it really a 4 or is the size label removed? Also are there any flaws, etc?

@letransue measurement from pit to pit laying flat is 20.5”. I’m a 36c and hate form fitting clothes. This blouse fits perfectly loose on me. Hope that helps, let me know if you have any other questions :)
