Can you tell me the measurements of the ruched part please? And then from the bottom of the ruched part to the very bottom of the dress?

@karinaj675 the ruched part is pretty stretchy. it's 10.5 inches laying flat but can get to 22" (maybe more but I didn't want to stretch it too much). it's 37" from the bottom of the ruching to the bottom of the dress
