amandajhartman @spicy_pisces_ yes I’d say tts. The bust is flexible but I would say it’s better for a smaller cup size like A-C. I’m completely obsessed with this dress too 😍 but I’ve only worn it once and don’t have any trips planned where I can wear it again. Lying flat across the bust measures 16 3/8”
