These inflatable "donuts" are the BEST!! I bought one of these for my dog Luna when she was spayed, and it is so much easier than the plastic cone of shame. If you have a dog you will at some point need an e-collar. Have a cute and soft option for your fur baby. This is also a great option if you have a dog that can squeeze through the fence. You have to pinch the base of the valve to open it so you can inflate it. If you are between sizes you should choose the larger size. Cover is removeable for washing. Hand wash or machine wash on delicate in a delicates bag (the mesh kind). Sorry but there is no label with fabric content. It is very soft though!! My 22 pound beagle is wearing a medium.
