Dogwoods & Cardinals Shift Dress

Unique, long sleeved shift dress. Zipper in back. Print is navy blue, with pink dogwood flowers and cardnials. The sleeves roll up and have a button mid sleeve. There is no give or stretch to this fabric. Any Virginia ladies out there?! There is 2 inches of stitching that is loose on the left arm. Great dress for the office, dress up, or casual.
