This is basically a brand new pair of Dolce and Gabbana sunglasses. They we're purchased, and then my prescription put into them, but they are just too big for my face. I tried to wear him a few times but basically they sat in their case in my purse. No I need a new prescription. You will need to get two lenses put into them. Either a new prescription lenses for you, or You can get the basic sunglasses lens put in. They come with the case also.
