Size 40 is a woman’s size 4 measurements: Bust:33.75 ( i am 34 and fits well because of its stretchy fabric) Under Bust: 29.25 ; waist 26.75 Hip 37 this is a very stretchy material and has some give, please let me know if this helps, and you have any other questions !
