Dolce & Gabbana Sheath Dress

Dolce & Gabbana ivory maxi sheath dress/ formal gown. Italian size 42, but fits like a US 2-4. Crew neck, V back neckline, fully functional alternating zip sides. Zip all the way for entry but do not separate. 100% rayon/viscose, fully lined. Shoulder to hem 54in, pit to pit 18in, hip at the widest measurement is 19in across laid flat. 10.5in ankle side slits. I’m 5’3”, normally a 26/2 in pants/dresses, bordering on a 4/27 right now, but anything beyond a small 4 would find this dress tight in the hip (not much give)
