Dolce & Gabbana poppies and polka dress (read please.)

This dress needs a seamstress! plenty of evidence of beautiful craftsmanship UNTIL.... we get to where someone tried to meddle and didn't terrible job making her a little less snug. there is also yellowing right around where the clasp SHOULD be, to about four inches down. im afraid to mess up this dress anymore than someone else did already.....so I'm not going to even attempt to get the discoloration out before I ship. if anyone is up for a work in progress, here she is..... please watch the video and look closely at every photo so you can decide whether this is a smart buy for you. quite obviously, price reflects the condition.... this dress is selling everywhere from 350 to 600 bucks pre-owned. fix it up and you can make some cash flipping it 17" across at bustline, although if you took out the bunk work and sewed her up the right way, your looking at a few inches left....
