Dolce & Gabbana stretch embellished crystal button up blouse

Dolce & Gabbana rare blue pinstriped stretchy blouse Has crystal , pearl and silver thread embroidery on the neck and sleeves. Gorgeous blouse! I got this in Milan and have never seen another one. It says size 40 but I think it’s cut very small. Measurements laying flat 13 inches across bust 14 in at waist 15 across shoulders. Would be best for xs-small size.
