Dolce Vita Rebekah Dress

Beautiful, high quality dress with fringe, size XS. New with tags! Black and white top is of organic cotton, bottom is polyester. Pockets on both sides, small zipper in a back. This is not a tight dress, but a classy, figure flattering loose fit. Bought for almost $200 for work but never worn. Has been kept in a cover in a closet, smoke free home. For reference - I’m 5.5 and the skirt comes 4” above knee. Chest - 16 in Waist (where fringe starts) - 16.5 in Length from shoulder to bottom- 30 in
