Do these run true to size? Any fit issues?

@valing the shoe is a true 7 from what I can tell. I'm a 7 in most brands, occasionally 7.5 and the shoe fit fine. The thigh part was just too loose on me to stay up. I'm 115 lb for reference. Otherwise I would have loved to keep them.
