Dolce and Gabbana LBD size 40

This is a Dolce and Gabbana Little Black Dress, Italian size 40. Fully lined...in black silk! It is so luxurious. There is a bit of stretch- about an inch and a half. Two small issues with thgarment. that I included in the pictures. The hook at the neck above the zipper is damaged, and it is missing the eye to hook it to. Also, the elastic that is in the material is starting to fray at the ends of the sleeves. They are easy to pull out and do not affect the beauty of the garmet. My mannequin is a size 4, and this dress fits snuggly in the hips, so please see the dress measurements in the last picture.
