Get the measurements and maybe I will buy. I like low rise not high waisted - like from the front crotch seam to front waist. Very important !!

@unique_luxury well they are too big but I can grow into them hopefully. Are the legs around ankle bell shaped or just straight legged. Not skinny jeans tho - I have closet full of skinny and no one to give them to😩

15 inch flat waist line is a size 8 not a 4. According to the chart you give is next to the Size. I wear a 27 inch waist.
