Dolce by Moxy heels 7, 7.5 tan with velvet ribbon

Dolce by Moxy high heels, they say size 8.5. I wear an 8 and they do not fit. I would say they are a 7 maybe a 7.5. They are in near perfect condition and they are adorable!!!
