Size small new with tags for $120 and bought discounted at Marshall’s - love this skirt but it didn’t fit me bc it was too loose around the waist - nice cut out by the leg / leg slit type style Tag says material of the shell/outer layer is 63% polyester 33% rayon 3% elastane - material of the lining of the skirt is 97% polyester 3% elastane
