Dolls Kill × HalfHeart Blue Striped Criss-cross Mini Dress (L) NWOT!

This is a beautiful & quite sexy blue & white striped mini dress by Dolls Kill that's NWOT. It's a mini skirt with a loop of fabric that comes from the sides of the back & criss-cross on the upper chest & wraps around the neck leaving the midsection exposed. It's constructed out of a silky, smooth, stretch fabric with various shades of blues & white. It has a kind of a beachy. ocean vibe to it. This dress is tagged a large but I think it could probably work for a medium & extra large since it's so stretchy. I bought this dress but have never worn it. I'm not a fan of anything around my neck or too high necked so I'm willing to part with it. Make me an offer? (please no low ballers)
