Dolly Ruffled Bathing Suit

This is an adorable bathing suit for a baby/toddler! My daughter wore it till she was about 4. It’s soft and the ruffles are so cute. Not a lot of elastic/ stretch, but for sure room for a swim diaper. Ties at top, so adjustable.
