Dolma Coverup, tone on tone blues with cowrie shell detail

Dolma coverup with tone on tone blue fabric. Flowy and light. I wore as a dress as well but there is no slip. Maxi length. 54”L. Can be worn with or without belt. Elastic waist with adjustable tie. Best to not overly use, it will start to fray. Very noticeable dress. Looks great over suit and is light enough to not be too hot!
