Domani by Niccolini Vintage Black Velvet Skirt Suit

VINTAGE Domani by Niccolinni Velvet Suit with with Shawl Collar Beautiful Detailed Piping Around Collar, pockets, and bottom of Jacket Jacket nips at the waist with small puffed sleeves creating a super flattering silhouette Skirt is T-length with a lovely A-line shape to it. The Jacket is on a Size 8 dress form, but but it is snug. I sized it at 6 , but might be closer to a 4. Feel free to ask for measurments. I'm only beginning to list things, and am quickly realizing it's going to take some time to find my groove and method to this madness! I am a Size 6-8 and 5'8' and it is snug on me and the sleeves were always a short a few inches.I have had this suit forever and finally accept it's never going to really fit me! But, I love it. I think it is so beautiful!
