gravityl @dlj2j it’s rubber so it’s got some give. It comes with a sleeve that you can pull up your leg over your knee and put the brace on top of it so it’s not so sticky. FWIW I’m starting to get arthritis in my knees and this is what the orthopedist recommended (along with PT)
