1happyface @bestclassics yes it is! From the back, seam shoulder to shoulder is 17 1/2 inches. Collar to bottom is 24 1/2 inches. From the back across bust line is almost 18 inches. Arm length from shoulder seam down is 23 1/2 inches. Originally bought in Neiman Marcus in California for $1,300
