Donna Mizani Kira Navy Mini Dress NWT Sz L

I originally purchased this dress as a good / standard dress to have. I unfortunately have not worn it once (or even taken off the tag) in the time I have had it. Description: Donna Mizani navy wrap dress with tie and ruffle detailing. -NWT -Size Large -Deep V neckline -Long sleeves -Wrap silhouette -Self-tie waist -Ruffle trim -Mini length -Cotton/nylon/spandex -Dry clean Fit: The large fits me just shy of being a little too tight. For reference, I am 170lb, 5'4, and a 38D. It is worth noting that this dress is low cut and cleavage is on display. I like the thickness of this fabric and the comfort. The fabric has some stretch to it. Due to nature of the dress (wrap) and the thickness of the fabric, you would be fine not wearing a bra.
