Hi - can you tell me the waist measurement and whether it's stretchy?

@konalove2023 hi! the flat waist measurement is 15". there is no stretch to the fabric but the sash does allow you to cinch for a smaller waist size. the outer fabric is 100% polyester and the lining is 100% acetate.
