It has a very flattering low neckline with a high waist. It opens with a zipper and hook and eye in the back, and has pockets. Measurements: Waist: 32 in. Bust: 40 in. Sleeve length: 13 in. Sleeve circumference: 12 in. Skirt length (front): 30.5 in. Skirt length (back): 34 in.
