Great condition sleeveless, double v-neck navy party dress by Donna Morgan. Lined with sheer overlay, accented with sequins around the waist. No size or care tags but I estimate size 6 or 8 based on measurements. 16.5 pit-to-pit, 39” shoulder-to-hem. I’d dry clean only, bc of sequins. No visible flaws or missing sequins.
