No give or stretch to this dress. Waist band is 2 1/4” wide. There are snaps to secure your bra strap to the tank straps. Large pleats create a full skirt. Side slash pockets. 20” pit to pit, measures flat across Waist is 16” flat across Top of waistband to hem is 24” Fantastic condition!
