Donna Rocco party dress

Donna Rico party dress. Beautiful deep blue. Fabric is almost scuba type. Spandex for a bit of stretch. Fully lined. Wore once to a work holiday party (It’s a habit). Thick, dense ruffled flower style on hem. So cute. Very, very comfortable. Darts and seams for a nice flattering fit. I wore it with a a short, white faux fur jacket.
